We purchased our home in the McKinney Creek area in 1999 anticipating my

retirement in 2001 from San Diego Fire Department after 27 years. I joined

the board in January 2016 after attending six meetings in 2015. My

belief and I feel that of the entire board is to provide our customers with the

safest, best water at a reasonable cost. Capital improvements are completed

on a cash basis to avoid any type of bond indebtedness. Financial stability

and reliable service will help prevent the district from being taken over by
